PRODUCTION In the production process pipes of the leading European producers, welded by laser or Tig welded joint, solidity factor of which in welded joint’s places equal to unit. It means that solidity of the welded joint is equal to solidity of the steel pipe, which good is made from. «Mario» company does not use construction pipes in the design-radiator’s production, welded by the method of HF (with the value of solidity factor in the place of welding 0,8), oriented for build constructions making (arches, stairs, guardrails etc.). For the design-radiator’s production we use only pipes diameter 20, 25, 30 mm with the walls thickness 1,5 mm. of leading European producers, oriented to work in the heating systems, they are - “ILTA INOX", Italy and the Ukrainian producer of stainless steel pipes - «Compo» who uses the metal of OUTOKUMPU company Finland, ACERINOX, Spain. Stainless steel design-radiators are well resist the aggressive environment of heat carrier and possess an external attractiveness which does not loose in course of time. Design-radiators by «Mario» company differ a high-polished surface and made exceptionally from stainless steel AISI 304(DIN 17457), that corresponds to grade 08X18Í10 (GOST 11068-81). It possesses firmness to aggressive influence of heat carrier. WORK WITH HEATING COILS Design-radiators are subdivided into a liquid, electric and combined - electro--liquid. Liquid design-radiators are assembled in the autonomous or centralized hot water system of the building. Heating coil is mounted in electric design-radiators. Electric design-radiators can be filled with special heat carrier liquid (water or oil) or, simply, to have electric heating cable inside (so-called «dry heating coil»). Combined design-radiators as heat carriers use water of the central heating system, and the electric contain built-in heating coil, allowing heating produce by the radiator even out of heating season. Any «Mario» design-radiator belonging initially to the liquid type, can work with electric TEN. During work with heating coil it is necessary to know, that power of it must not exceed design-radiator’s power. With the heating coil design-radiators work independently, and are filled with the distilled water or special heating liquids. If such design-radiator with heating coil would be used in apartments, where the subzero is possible, using water is forbidden. THERMAL POWER CALCULATION The main purpose of design-radiator is drying of textile fabrics. In case if they are used as additional elements of heating, the calculation of necessary thermal power of design-radiators for every concrete room should be made by specialists which execute planning and installation. It is related to the fact that thermal power which is required for heating of the placement depends on the type of building, his heat-insulation and other factors.
